What is One to One Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching helps you make changes to your health, fitness, nutrition, stress levels, and overall well-being by providing the structure you need for success.

Health and Wellness Coaching is performed one-one-one over the phone, saving us both time on travel.

In Wellness Coaching, clients share health and wellness goals, challenges, obstacles, visions and anything else clients wish to share with the coach. As a client, you collaborate together to determine realistic plans to reach your goals.

Whether you are looking to get in shape, improve nutrition, implement a weight loss plan, improve work-life balance, or simply feel better about yourself, Wellness Coaching will inspire you to reach your goals.

Who can benefit from Wellness Coaching?

Coaching can help people who:

• Have goals to improve their health and wellness, but feel stuck
• Need support from someone that is not judgmental and welcomes you to speak openly
• Wish to have a "sounding board" without an agenda

Wellness Coaching will help you create the environment you need to make changes, and provide accountability that will help you transition towards a new lifestyle.

When do Wellness Coaching sessions take place?

New clients will have a choice of regularly scheduled appointments with Susanna. Days and times vary.

What are the fees for Wellness Coaching?

We meet for 60 minutes per session.

Weekly Wellness Coaching Sessions: $149.00 per month (4 sessions - 30 minutes each)


Monthly Wellness Coaching Sessions: $79.00 per month (1 session - 60 minutes)


Bi-Weekly Wellness Coaching Sessions: $79.00 per month (2 sessions - 30 minutes each)
